Vintage Gardens Assisted Living Residents NuStep for the New Year
Vintage Gardens South residents Darlene Campbell and Tommy Neel are avid Strong Life exercise class participants. They credit the program with keeping them strong and healthy and able to bounce back more quickly when there is a health setback. Currently they are out in front in the NuStep for the New Year Healthy Heart competition. Strong Life director Ida Caw records how much time is spent on these recumbent bicycle machines and rewards them with Heart Healthy Snacks. Participants appreciate having the opportunity to get connected while getting stronger and healthier
