Tai Chi Comes To The Vintage Oaks Clubhouse
Starting next week, Vintage Oaks residents will be able to participate in a new exercise program at the new clubhouse. Tai Chi will be offered weekly by a certified instructor.
Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. It can be practiced almost anywhere and is a suitable form of exercise for just about anyone. Tai Chi incorporates exercises that improve muscular strength, flexibility, and fitness. It also has many additional benefits including improved relaxation, balance posture, helps relieve pain and stiffness and immunity. It will be fun to watch the progress of our residents and strength that they will build while doing Tai Chi.
