Special St. Valentine's Dinner at Vintage Gardens North
Our residents had a great time on February 14th, celebrating St. Valentine's Day with a special evening meal. Everything in the dining room was red, including many of the resident's attire! They had sparkling grape juice served in red wine goblets and a delicious meal of brisket, Mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli casserole, spinach salad and a heart shaped brownie for dessert. Red and Pink heart-shaped balloons floated above the center of each table adding a very festive touch to the decor. One of the residents told me the next morning that the special table decorations for each holiday really made her feel like she is appreciated and loved. I loved hearing that as we truly do love and appreciate each one of our residents!
