Vintage Oaks Ladies Get Out For "Honk the Musical"
Recently, a few ladies from Vintage Oaks and Beth and her two daughters, Morgan and Sylvia, ventured out to the Missouri Theater to view Honk the musical and it was so worth it.
Honk is the story of the Ugly Duckling and as we all know, the Ugly Duckling ended up being a beautiful swan in the end, hence the name, because swans honk instead of quack. The musical told the story from the anticipation of the parents waiting for the eggs to hatch, clear through his journey of growing up on a farm and the friendships he developed.
As you can imagine, all emotions were touched upon throughout the whole evening. The cast did a wonderful job, along with all the great scenery changes. We are never disappointed by the quality of work that comes from our local Robidoux Resident Theater. Kudos to all who were involved!
