Word of Vintage Gardens South resident Lee McVey's recent 107th birthday made it to the House chamber in Jefferson City recently. They issued a proclamation in the form of a beautiful personalized plaque honoring her milestone birthday. Residents, family, and friends gathered together to hear the proclamation read to Lee for the very first time. Afterward everyone got connected while enjoying Root Beer floats and listened to Lee's reaction to this honorable gesture.
