Vintage Gardens South dog lovers got a real treat recently with a visit from Officer Ken Smith and his K9 police dog Topper.   The residents got connected while watching the dog demonstrate skills that are required this kind of dog and got the chance to ask questions. Topper is the newest of three K-9 dogs on the St. Joseph police department and comes from Poland as all K-9 dogs come from countries outside of the United States. We had a big turn out with lots of questions from the residents and they requested them to come back soon!
