Hi Everyone,

Yesterday, the cloudy skies and showers did not prevent our residents at Vintage Gardens North from taking a scenic drive to Lake Contrary. Even though no one was on the beach that day, due to the rain, the residents enjoyed reminiscing as our van took them around the lake. The shared about trips they had taken to the lake years ago with their families, and what a great time they had! Many of the residents remembered the amusement park that was once a part of Lake Contrary. The day we visited there were flocks of geese on the beach and floating in the water. The residents thought the geese were quite amusing and had fun watching them. Unfortunately, our camera was malfunctioning on this outing so we did not get pictures!
