Zag Bag Designs Road Trip for Vintage Gardens Assisted Living Residents
It is a sure sign of Spring when Vintage Gardens Assisted Living South residents start hitting the road to discover unique points of interest. This week it was Zag Bag Designs in Fillmore, Mo. The hand made purse maker recently featured in " Josephine Magazine" was started by two best friends Erica Wheeler and Sarah Barnes in March 2004 in Erica's dining room. Currently they have a purse making factory that occupies the former Filmore Baptist church where they ship orders as far as Alaska and Hawaii. The group enjoyed perusing the rooms full of varied fabric samples used to make the custom made purses.Several of the residents ordered several of the one of a kind items for themselves.
