Vintage Senior Living

This year, Vintage Gardens Assisted Living North held their July 4th Family Picnic on Tuesday, July 5th.  We have it at our evening meal so that family members and guests that work will be able to attend.  Between the residents and their quests, we served about 90 people an old fashion American picnic consisting of cheeseburgers, baked beans, homemade potato salad, strawberry shortcake, and iced tea or lemonade.  During the meal, The Pittmans, entertained everyone by singing patriotic songs and Mr. Pittman performed a great comedy routine that had everybody in stitches.  One of the quests exclaimed that she couldn't remember when she had sat with her Mom and both of them laughed until their sides hurt!  What a wonderful memory!  It was a super evening for all of us to enjoy and celebrate our independence!
