Vintage Gardens Assisted Living Residents Put Their "Hands Up" To Get Stronger
What started out with a few residents exercising on the front porch this Spring to Luau music has evolved into a daily fun routine. Strong Life director, Ida Caw found this Hawaiian music while looking for music that was appropriate for exercising outside, and developed an exercise routine to go with the music. Now at the beginning of each exercise class offered as part of the Strong Life Program, participants use this routine to warm up as they get stronger and healthier and well connected
