Vintage Senior Living

In order for our Vintage Gardens North residents to retain their cognitive alertness we offer numerous activities to stimulate their minds.  One such activity is jigsaw puzzles.  Years ago we stopped offering jigsaw puzzles when the residents lost interest and didn't want to do them anymore.   Several months ago we had a resident and her daughter request a place to do jigsaw puzzles.  We promptly satisfied that request with not only one, but, two tables that are specifically designated for puzzles only.  That way the puzzles that residents are currently working on will never have to be moved until they are completed.  Both of these tables are presently covered with puzzle pieces that our residents are hovering over to finish.  They love a challenge and enjoy solving it together!
