Vintage Senior Living

The holidays are upon us and it is an extremely busy time of the year but it is also a time to get together and share our appreciation and love for our loved ones and those around us.  Vintage Oaks residents have one time a year that all of them come together and share in an extra special evening dinner, which is our Christmas dinner.  The clubhouse is decorated with much holiday spirit, tables are adorned with tableclothes and centerpieces and everyone gets dressed in their finest Christmas attire and of course, there is a three course meal for everyone to enjoy.  This year the menu consisted of a salad with candied cranberries and walnuts, an entree of brisket, cheesy scalloped potatoes, asperagus wrapped in proscuitto, followed by a decadant piece of turtle cheesecake.  It was a fantastic meal and served by some very special people, Beth Brand's family!  The evening was wonderful and a beautiful way to start the holiday season.  God bless and have a very Merry Christmas!
