Vintage Gardens Residents Get Stronger with Strong Life Program
Hello Everyone,
Each day Vintage Gardens Residents gather at 10:00 AM to take part in the first of many exercise classes offered throughout the day as part of our Strong Life program. The healthy exercise programs offered include Tai Chi, several Arthritis classes (see video above), and hand weights classes. Everyone enjoys having the opportunity to get connected with each other while getting healthier and stronger and having a great time too!
