Hi Everyone,

Our Harvest Party is a highlight of the year for numerous trick-or-treaters and our residents. Last night our residents were visited by 20 children/grandchildren of our staff. The children were all dressed in elaborate costumes including a lady bug, Hannah Montanna, Spiderman, a beautiful dancer, a cute kitten, Elmo, Laura Ingals, several princesses, and even Santa! They all looked great! About 30 of our residents were lined up in our family room with pumpkin buckets full of candy to distribute to the kids. The residents had a ball making over all the cute kids and their costumes. One resident commented that it was so nice not to be getting up to answer the door all the time! After saying good-bye to the trick-or-treaters, the residents enjoyed delicious apple cake, compliments of Michelle Conard, our Director of Strong Life.
