Hi Everyone,

Nothing is more complimentary to a superb meal than great fellowship! Our residents enjoyed both last night at their annual Valentine Dinner. It was a wonderful way to get connected with each other as they dined on a delicious meal of brisket, homemade augratin potatoes, greenbeans almondine, fresh spinach salad with hot bacon dressing, and a valentine shaped brownie for dessert. The decor was very appropriate for the holiday with pink tableclothes, and red and pink balloon bouquets for the table centerpieces. Many residents said that the meal was excellent!
