Construction Update On The Vintage Senior Living Campus Expansion
Hi everyone,
Even with the recent rainy weather, construction on the Vintage Senior Living expansion is on track for a November finish. The foundation is finished and framing has begun (see movie).
The expansion adds:
1. to Vintage Gardens North Assisted Living: six suites (four one-bedroom Garden Suites and two studio-alcove Robidoux Suites) and a new "common area" with a fireplace, TV and sitting area.
2. to The Villas at Vintage Oaks (our active adult neighborhood): a 2000 square foot clubhouse with a kitchen, exercise area, media space, and an area for seminars and other recreational activities.
We are pumped. Two of the six suites are already spoken for, so if you or a loved one are interested in placing a reservation deposit, please call us at 816-279-3330.
