A Recipe from the Vintage Gardens Kitchen: Salmon Pecan-Crusted Tartlets
Hello Everyone,
Vintage Gardens South Cook, Joyce Woosley is constantly looking for new recipes to introduce more "gourmet' entrees to our usual fare. This week our residents got connected while tasting Salmon Pecan-Crusted Tartlets. Click here for the recipe. The light, healthy and very tasty morsels were accompanied by colorful mixed vegetables and spinach salad with raspberry dressing. Everyone has had so much fun this summer trying out these new dishes.
