Suites Designed With You In Mind

We have 74 private suites in two separate residences (Vintage Gardens North and South). The suites are available in six different floor plans ranging from our 1000 sq. ft. one bedroom suites to our studio alcove suites.

• They all have an "open" feel and are efficiently designed to help you stay as independent as possible.
• You decorate your suite however you like and make it "your own."
• Large windows in each suite let in tons of natural sunlight.
• You will be able to control the temperature in your own suite. Some like it warmer than others, you know!
• They each have a huge walk-in closet. The ladies love these!
• They all have a kitchenette with nice cabinets, a refrigerator, and microwave.
• Each suite has a very roomy bathroom with a walk-in shower, and vanity area.

Simple, Simple, Simple Is Our Mantra

You may become a resident at Vintage Gardens Assisted Living by entering into a simple month-to-month rental agreement. Our arrangement with you is simple. If you decide to leave our community, we just ask for a 30-day notice. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to become a part of our family, but we also do not want to make it hard for you to leave if you find that Vintage Gardens is not for you.
